Today we’re going to have a look at the word 关系
Do you know how to say 关系 in English?
关系 often translated as “connection” or “relations”
关系 通常被翻译成 connections 或 relations
But actually, there are many other ways of expressing the idea in English.
其实在英语有很多方式表达这个概念
Let’s have a look at some example sentences:
1. 要是你想在中国做生意，关系是很重要的
If you want to do business in China, it&`&s more about who you know than what you know.
"It&`&s more about who you know than what you know" (你认识谁比你知道什么更重要) - 这个成语可以反映"关系"的含义。
2. 你在美国大使馆有没有什么关系?
Do you have any connections at the American Embassy?
Do you know anyone at the American Embassy?

The first step in starting your own business is building good relationships.
