Change is a really common word in English
change 这个字太常用了
But a lot of the time, we prefer using other words.
For example,
Swap
交换
Let’s swap seats
我们交换位置吧!
I don’t like this shirt anymore, so I’m going to take it back to the shirt and swap it for another one.
我不喜欢这件衬衣了, 所以我要把它拿回去店里，换一件新的
There was even a popular American reality TV show called Wife Swap!
以前有一部流行的美国真人秀叫：Wife Swap 交换妻子

Another way to say “change” is:
Switch
是调换，改，不是交换
Your phone always freezes. You should switch to an iPhone
你的手机总是死机。你应该改成用iPhone
Can we switch these two slides around?
