Today we’re going to talk about being productive
to be productive = to do things quickly and well
(做事有效率)
It’s not always easy to be productive but I want to share with you a method that can really help you.
It’s called Getting Things Done (or GTD for short)
It was outlined by an American called David Allen and has become one of the most popular productivity methods worldwide
This method that has revolutionized the lives of many people around the world.
Let’s have a look at the main principles of GTD:1. List everything 把所有的东西都列出来
2. Centralise your lists 把列单集中在一个地方
3. Don't procrastinate 不要拖延
4. Prioritise 按优先顺序处理事情
5. Don’t multitask 不要多任务处理
6. Review regularly 定时审核
