“I never thought I’d be number one in the world,” he told BBC Sport. “It’s been many years of work to get here.”
According to Sports Illustrated, when Murray is not playing he will spend up to three hours practicing on court every day. He also does more than an hour of weights (举重练习) in the gym and spends at least one hour every day stretching (拉伸) to improve his flexibility (柔韧性). He also talks to a sports psychologist (心理学家) during competitions to stay focused.
