The Smiths and the Clarks are having the drinks they like. They are talking about the food. Mr. Smith likes pears and bananas very much. He likes apples too. He doesn't eat meat and he doesn't drink coffee. "I like fish very much." he says, "I often eat it." Mrs. Smith is different. She doesn't like fruit. She doesn't like fish either, but her cat Polly likes fish very much. 'I like vegetables. I don't eat fish, but Polly likes it. She can't live without it."
