介绍:
Where Does the Sun Go at Night? It's a fine summer evening. Winnie the Pooh and his friends run outside. They play games. Roo chases Tigger. Tigger runs away. Tigger jumps, but he can't see well. He falls in a bush. Rabbit trips on a tree root. He falls on top of Tigger! "The light is gone!" Rabbit says. Kanga comes to the door. "It's getting dark," she says. "It's time to come inside!" But Roo wants to play more. "I have a snack for you," Kanga says. Roo and his friends eat Kanga's honey cookies. "Why does it have to get dark?" Roo asks. "Because the sun goes away," Winnie says. "But it always comes back." "But where does the sun go?" Roo asks. "Let's find it," Piglet says. "Then maybe we can ask it to stay." "And we can play instead of sleep!" says Roo. The next day, the friends look for the sun. "It's over there," Winnie says. "No," says Rabbit. "It's over here." "Look," Eeyore says. "It's shining on the pond." "Let's see where the sun goes," Piglet says. In the morning, the sun is above Rabbit's garden. It's high up in the sky at lunch. After Winnie's nap, the sun is behind a tree. Later, Eeyore sees the sun falling toward the hill. His friends climb the hill to see it. But they are too slow. The sun is gone! They look for it everywhere. Winnie watches the sun go away. He thinks about where it goes. Rabbit draws in the dirt. "The sun starts at the pond," he says. "Maybe it starts there every day." The next morning, Rabbit looks out the window. The sun is over the pond again! Rabbit runs to Owl's house. "Now I understand!" he says. "The sun moves from east to west!" Owl knows where the sun goes at night. He takes a big ball from his shelf. "What's that?" Tigger asks. "It's a globe," Owl says. "This is what our planet Earth looks like." "The sun doesn't go anywhere," Owl says. "We do!" "Even if we stay at home?" Tigger asks. "Yes, even if we stand still," Owl says. "Because the Earth is always turning." "Pretend this lamp is the sun," Owl says. "When we turn to the sun, it's day. When we turn away from the sun, it's night." "So the sun always waits for us," Roo says. "Then we start another day!" "How nice!" says Piglet.
