The Different Duck A duck is sitting on five eggs. The eggs break and five baby ducks come out. The mother duck looks at her babies. She has four beautiful baby ducks. But one is different. It is big and grey. Its legs are very long. The mother duck doesn't like this baby duck. "Go away." She says to the different duck. "You are not my baby." The different duck says goodbye and goes away.It is sad. Then it sees a mother pig with her baby pigs. "Are you my mother?" it asks. "No.," Says the mother pig. "I'm not your mother. go away." So the different duck goes away. Soon it sees a fox. "Am I your baby?" the different duck asks the fox. "No, you're not my baby." Says the fox. "But I like you. I will eat you for dinner." The different duck runs away. It is very sad. It wants its mother. Then it hears voice. "You are very beautiful，I am your mother." The different duck looks up. It is a big, white bird. It has got a long neck. "I am a swan,"says the white bird. "And you're baby swan, you see, here are your brothers and sisters." " So I'm not a different duck.I'm a swan!" Says the baby swan. Soon the baby swan grows up, It becomes very beautiful.
