The Bar pushing is very popular among the Qiang Ethnic Group. People will have a Bar pushing game with three or five good friends in their spare time. During the competition, two against one another, people hold a stick about the length of a story building high. Each person push each side forward, to see who can put the other side back in two steps, the final winner, is the biggest hercules respected by the Qiang people.
