Panel Discussion: If Obama's first-term foreign policy can be described as a success with the withdrawal of troops from Iraq and the killing of Osam Bin Laden, his second term proves so-far much more controversial. Obama has been facing growing criticisms over his handling with the crises in Iraq, Syria, Libya and Ukraine.
