Looking to Latin America, In Uruguay, exit polls say the candidate from the incumbent's party, Tabare Vazquez, has won most votes in the presidential election, has fallen short of the outright majority needed to avoid a second round. In Chile, tens of thousands of parents have marched in the capital, Santiago, in opposition to the government's planned education legislation.
