Hello, everyone, my name is Daniel, and this is e-report. I love the season of fall. It’s cooler than in the summer. In this season, I like to go outside and exercise a lot before winter comes. Then it is too cool and wet. What should I do to exercise? My favorite way to exercise outside is with a bicycle. Hey, let’s take a bike ride, today.
The bicycle, it has a seat, two wheels, two pedals, two brakes and many gears. Bicycling is one of the best ways to exercise outside. When you ride a bike outside, it is important to be safe. Wear a helmet to protect your head also make sure your tires have enough air. You can pump air into your tires if they are flat. People can ride bikes along the river, in mountains or in city parks. Many people love to ride their bicycles. In a park, there are often bike paths. These paths are only for people on bicycles. Be careful, some people ride bicycles very fast. If you don’t have a bike, don’t worry, you can always rent them in a park. Ride a bicycle today and be healthy.
