3. 背一背：放下plate （盘子）， 赶到gate（大门），已经late（迟到）；
清晨wake（醒来），来到lake（湖），钓上snake （蛇）；
4.说一说：
1) ——Eat all the food on your plate. 把盘里的食物都吃了。
——But I am going to be late. 但我要迟到了。
2)——Wake up. You are going to be late for class. 醒醒，你上学要迟到了。
——Oh, dear, I have no time to wash my face. I hate to be late. 哎呀，我没有时间洗脸了，我可不想迟到啊。
５. 故事： It is part of the Game. 这只是游戏的一部分。

are playing games in the living room. （凯特和弟弟戴夫在客厅里做游戏），Kate is making a lot of noise. （凯特很吵闹）。Mom says: “Kate， why do you yell and scream so much? （妈妈说：“凯特，你为什么这样大喊大叫的”） You are going to wake up your grandma ”（你将会吵醒奶奶的，） Please play quietly like Dave. See, he doesn’t make a sound. （请你也像戴夫那样，安安静静地玩吧。）
“Of course, he doesn't. Mom,it's part of the game we are playing. He is daddy coming home late, and I'm you.”（“当然没有，妈妈，这是我们玩的游戏的一部分，他扮演回家晚的爸爸，而我扮演你。”）
