Bob is an old man. He often walks his dog in the street after dinner and comes back home at 7 o’ clock. 鲍勃是个老头，晚饭后经常上街遛狗，并在七点钟回家。
One evening, a car stops at his house. A policeman helps Bob get out of the car. The policeman helps Bob get out of the car. The policeman says to Bob’s wife, “ This old man got lost in the street. He asked me to take him home in the car. ” 一天晚上，一辆车停在了他家门口，一个警察把鲍勃从车里扶了出来，警察对鲍勃的妻子说：“这位老人在街上迷路了，他叫我用车把他送回家。”
After the policeman leaves, Bob’s wife asks, “Bob, you go to that street every day. How could you get lost?” 警察走后，鲍勃的妻子问道：“鲍勃，你每天都去那条街，怎么会迷路呢？”
“ I was not lost. It was too hot. I just didn’t want to go home on foot, ” Bob answers. “我没有迷路，天太热了，我就是不想走回家。” 鲍勃回答说。
