You look cool in the boots.你穿靴子好酷啊。

1、读一读：
tool:工具; school：学校；stool：凳子；
2、背一背：
炎热noon（中午）；一个fool（傻瓜）；跳上spoon（勺子）；
掉进pool（水池）；飞到moon（月亮）；真是cool（凉爽的）；
注意：oo在k，d 前常发短元音[u]， cook, look, good.
但是有例外： food [fu:d] 食物，脚短食物长；
oo在其他情况下，一般发长元音【u：】
3、听一听：
——Don’t drink the soup, it’s not polite. 别喝汤，那样不礼貌。
——Will you please get me a spoon？ 给我拿把勺子，好吗？
*drink the soup指端起碗直接喝汤，是不礼貌行为。
*Will you please…? 好吗？ 表示向对方提出要求。
——You look cool in the boots.你穿靴子好酷啊。
——Thank you. You are cool, too, in this hat. 谢谢，你带着顶帽子也很酷哟。
*You look cool in…你穿/戴…很酷。
*You look cool in black. 你穿黑色很酷。
boots 靴子； shoes 鞋子； gloves 手套，这类词，总是成双成对的，要用复数。

She is a Fool 她是傻瓜
Today is Mary’s first day of school. 今天是Mary上学的第一天。She puts on her new boots and says goodbye to her mother.她穿上靴子，和妈妈说再见。
When she comes home from school in the afternoon, her mother asks, “Mary, do you like your new school?”当她下午放学回家时，妈妈问道：“玛丽，你喜欢学校吗？”
“Yes, my school is very pretty. 是的，学校很漂亮。Our classroom is big and clean, and we have a very nice swimming pool,教室又大又干净，我们还有一个非常棒的游泳池呢！”Mary answers.玛丽回答说。
“How about your teachers? ” Mother asks.你们的老师怎么样呢？妈妈问道。
“I like them all except the math teacher. 我喜欢他们所有人，除了数学老师以外。 She is really a fool. I can’t believe her. 她真是个傻瓜，我不能相信她。 First she says three and three is six, and then she says two and four is six too, ”Mary says.她先说3+3=6，然后又说2+4=6，玛丽说。
