那我们看下今天关键句中，主要说两个短语
1. head off
出发去某地，展开一段旅途，或者指离开某个地方；
to start a journey or leave a place
eg: What time are you heading off?
你几时出发？你啥时候走？
eg: She just headed off to the store, but you can probably still catch her, if you leave now.
她刚出门去商店了，但是如果你现在出发的话，可能还能遇到她。
其实这个短语head off还有其他的意思，但目前不做过多讲解。

run sth. by sb.
(informal) to show sb. sth. or tell sb. about an idea in order to see their reaction to it
（口语）跟某个人说某事，想看看TA啥反应，或者问问这个人看法如何
也可以说run sth. past sb.
eg: I have an idea I'd like to run by you.
我有个想法想跟你聊聊。
我有个主意想让你帮我看看。
eg: OK, run the plan by me one more time.
你也可以说OK, run the plan past me one more time.
