如何制作火龙果慕斯
Just four ingredients to a decadent light, and fluffy dessert mousse called pitaya fool.

Here's what you'll need

2 fresh pitayas.

2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Half a cup of sugar and 2 cups of heavy cream.

Pour the heavy cream into a mixing bowl and beat to stiff peaks.

Add a few pitayas to your dessert bowl.
