Did you watch the reality show Takes a Real Man? Six stars go to the army (军队). They eat, sleep and train like soldiers (军人). Chinese actor Jiang Jinfu, 25, is one of them. He is a “real man”!
In the show, Jiang finished 130 sit-ups (仰卧起坐) in two minutes. He did the best among all the stars. Once, he did a sit-up competition (比赛) against a real soldier. Though he was tired, he kept doing it. He even threw up (呕吐) at the end. But he didn’t give up.
Jiang also knows how to enjoy life. He is a good photographer (摄影师). Wherever he goes, he brings his camera with him. Recently, he took part in an international photography competition organized by famous US magazine National Geographic.
“Life is not just about working,” Jiang said，“We can have many hobbies to relax ourselves.” In the future, he wants to write songs, learn cooking and new languages.
