What’s a “soulmate (灵魂伴侣)”? Chinese actresses Zhou Dongyu, 24, and Ma Sichun, 28, have given a good answer. They are best friends for more than 10 years in the movie Soulmate (《七月与安生》). And because of their great performance, they won the same honor. On Nov 26, these two popular stars shared the best actress award at the 53rd Golden Horse Awards for their performance in the movie about friendship. This was the first time that two actresses shared the award. Both of them were very excited and even kissed each other at the award ceremony (典礼). Maybe, just as Ma said, “Together we make a fantastic duo (二人组). I would not be me without her, and she would not be her without me.”
