I feel very happy because a relaxing weekend is coming. I heard a report about teenagers' short eye-sight and problems in protecting eyes. It was given in the school big meeting room at 2:40 p.m. I learned a lot about the importance of eye health.(我学到了很多关于眼部健康的重要性。)  From the report, I know the number of Chinese teenagers with short eyesight is increasing.(我知道中国近视眼的青少年人数正在增加。) I think it's lucky for me to hear the report in time. Eyes are the window of mind (心灵之窗). I don't like having a pair of glasses on my nose. (我不喜欢在鼻子上戴一副眼镜。) I decided to protect my eyesight from now on. I also suggest that students should do eye exercises regularly(定期地) and everyone should get eyes to have enough rest (使眼睛有足够的休息) and never use eyes too long once (一次用眼不要太长时间).
