唱起颂歌，还以美德自诩，此为其七。
（纪伯伦的这首诗，以“自己的灵魂”为名，看了人性所共有的特点，害怕挑战害怕困难，害怕暴露自己的缺点，自我安慰和麻痹。然而人的一生不就是一个不断自省，解除蒙昧的过程吗？）
