中国人在职场上交换名片时要用双手，以示尊敬。递名片时，要用大拇指和食指夹住名片的两个角，名片内容对着对方。接到递过来的名片时后，不要马上收起来，而是要看一看名片内容， 表示对对方的尊重。高级政府官员一般不递名片。很多中国人的名片一面是中文，一面是英文。
For the Chinese, especially in the business setting, a proper way for exchange mane cards is to use hands to show respect to each other. When giving your cards,you should hold the card comers between thumbs and forefingers of both hands with the text facing the receiver. When receiving a card,please don’t simply pocket it immediately but take a few moments to study the card for what it says and show some interest in the giver.
