【要点笔记】
①当宾语从句由一般疑问句转化而来时，要用if或whether引导。表示选择，意为“是否”，可互换。
②宾语从句移至句首时或在介词后，常用whether.
③不定式前、及物动词discuss“讨论”后或or not连用时，只能用whether.
