要点：
①that指示代词，可特指前面提到的“同类事物”，既可替代可数名词单数，又可替代不可数名词，还可指前面表达的句子内容。that不能指人。
②one用来指代同类人或事物中的任何一个可数名词，复数形式ones.
③it用来指代前面出现的同一事物或指不太明确是谁或是什么时。
