When visiting a customer in another country, the following things are quite important and should be considered carefully. Preparations beforehand is the most important thing because there are a lot of things you need to get ready for. For example, your visa, important documents to take and samples or company brochures, etc. Visiting customers in another country is quite expensive, you’d better make full preparations before you leave. Foreign language skill, on the other hand, is also essential since you will be communicating with your customers. if you can’s speak their language or English, you won’t be able to understand them, which can cause mistakes and misunderstandings easily. What’s more, you will be able to understand their cultures better if you can speak their language. So that’s why i think these two factors are both important.
