When improving a company’s current culture, the following things are very important and should be considered carefully.
Staff’s opinions are the most important factor because they are the ones who can truly understand the culture of our company. We can not only find out whether they believe in our policies and beliefs, but also improve our ideas from their opinions. After all, they are involved in improving our company’s culture.
Customers’ feedback, on the other hand, is also essential since whether customers are satisfied with us determines whether our company’s culture is successful. If our customers are not happy with our culture, then we can make adjustments accordingly.
That’s why I think these two factors are both important.
