“sick” - she read “stick”
“am” – she read “an”
“stay” – she read “tay”
Intonation is an area she struggle with. She tends to read each word out loud. She needs continued practice reading out a complete sentence with an emphasis on intonation to make the story sound more natural.
“I am just a little sick.”
“I am not too sick to fly to the moon on my rocket ship.”
