Good food helps to keep us well.

When it is cold, we can put on a coat and long trousers to keep warm.
Shoes and boots keep our feet warm and stop them from getting hurt.
The sun can be very hot, even on cloudy days.
It can hurt our skin.
We should put on a hat and a shirt.
Sometimes we need to put sunscreen on our skin.
Keeping ourselves clean
If we want to stay well, we should keep ourselves clean.
We need to brush our teeth in the morning and at night.
We should have a bath or a shower and wash our hair to make it clean.
We must wash our hands before we eat.
When we are clean, we look good and feel good, too!

Playing outside is good for us.
In some games we run and jump and that helps us to stay fit.
