苦与累 文/释净宗 身为凡夫人，仍在浊世，苦会有一点点，累也会有一点点，但只是一点点而已，超过一点点的部分都是被我们的心放大了。倘若不以苦为苦，不以累为累，也就不怎么觉得苦，不怎么觉得累；倘若以苦为苦，以累为累，便觉得苦不能出头，累难以之直腰。就是蚊子的嗡嗡声，经过扩音器，也如惊雷一样地响了。 As ordinary human beings living in this impure world of afflictions, we inevitably experience a bit of suffering and weariness. But only a little bit. If the suffering and tiredness seem to be more than a little bit, they are merely being exaggerated by our minds. If we don't take this suffering and tiredness too seriously, we will not feel so woeful and weary. On the contrary, if we magnify our suffering and exhaustion, they will become unbearable and there will be no end to our sorrow and fatigue.
