I Am Willing That It Is a Torrent
By Petofi Sandor
I am willing that it is a torrent,
River in the mountain,
On the rugged mountain path,
Pass the rock,
Only my lover
It is a small fish,
In my spray,
Swim happily.
I am willing it is the desolate forest,
On two sides of the river,
To a burst of blast,
Fight bravely,
Only my lover
It is a bird,
Dense in mine
Make the nest among the branches, pipe.
I am willing it is the ruins,
On the high and steep mountain rock,
This ruin mourned in silence
Do not make me dejected,
Only my lover
It is the blue and green chinese Ivy,
Along my bleak and desolate volume,
Climb up by holding on to and rise on intimate terms.
I am willing, it is the thatched cottage,
At the deep mountain valley bottom,
Endure the blow of the trials and
Hardship to the fullest extent…
Only my lover
It is the lovely flame,
In my stove,
Flash slowly happily.
I am winning it is a cloud,
It is the grey broken flag,
In the vast sky,
Float lazily to swing,
Only my lover
It is the setting sun like the coral,
Draw near my pale face,
Show bright-colored brilliance.
