例1：
I think I am a person with a big vision.
我觉得我是一个有大局观的人。
I have to admit that sometimes I do miss some small details.
我必须承认有时候我确实会遗漏一些小细节。
But I think those small mistakes are correctable and there are always teammates who pay attention to details.
但是我认为这些小错误都是可以纠正的，而且总会有那种非常关注细节的队友。
So these complementary traits will help our team to go further.
所以我们的优势互补会让我们团队走得更远。
例2：
I think my management skills could be stronger since I have been working as a xxx specialist for the past two years, during which I didn’t have much opportunity (experience) to manage a team.
我觉得我的管理能力还有待提高，因为我过去两年的工作都是作为xxx专员，在此期间，我并没有太多机会管理公司。
But I have been trying to seize every opportunity as I can to improve it.
但是我一直尽自己所能把握每一个机会去提高它。
