1、站姿:standing position/
2、躺下:lie down
3、仰卧姿:supine position, on your back
4、俯卧姿:prone position, on your Abs
侧卧姿:side-lying position
5、两腿分开:feet apart (with width of your shoulder)
6跪姿:kneeling position , on your knees
7、跪姿:on your knees and hands

第二部分:四个必知的表达
