A: Wow, you are so tall. Are you a model? B: No, I am not a model.
A: What is your job then?
B: I am a doctor. How about you?
A: I am an engineer.
Are you a model? –Yes, I am.
–No, I am not.
- Is she a teacher? No, she is an engineer.
- Is he a doctor? No, he is a business man.
Activity/Study:
让学员猜出他们的名字以及职业。着重一般疑问句 yes/no 的回答以及 be 动 词 am/is/are 的使用。
2. Review family 复习家人
A: This is my family. B: Who is he?
A: He is my father. B: Who is she?
A: She is my mother.
Is he your brother? Yes, he is./ No, he’s not. Is she your sister? Yes, she is./ No, she’s not.
Activity/Study:
Go through students’ pictures one by one, guess what their names are ,what they do and the relationships by using sentence structure Who is she?/ Who is he?/ Who are they?同学生给你展示他们朋友/同事或亲人的照片,另外的学
生来猜测他们与该学生之间的关系。
3. Review height 复习身高
A: How tall are you?
B: I am 1.85 meters tall. How tall are you?
A: Wow, you are very tall! I am 1.60 meters tall. B: You are short!
A: Yes, I am.
How tall are you? I’m .......meters tall.
I’m 1.60 meters tall. I’m 1.73 meters tall.
Activity/Study:
介绍自己的名字,家乡,工作,喜欢的颜色,以及年龄和身高。My name is Sam. I am from Shenzhen, China. I am an accountant. My favorite color is green. I am 25 years old. I am 1.73 meters tall.
