1. Alice(A), a visiting professor, is talking to Bai Bo(B), a college student, about how Chinese college students usually study English. (They are in the school library. ) A: It seems to me that everyone here is studying English . B: Well, tomorrow will be the date for a national / important test of English. A: I see. But how do students usually study English ? Do they have regular classes? B: Yes. They usually have 4 hours of English classes each week. A: What do you think is the biggest difficulty for them? B: I think it must be vocabulary .they have trouble memorizing a lot of words. A: I am told that Chinese students are usually good at grammar. But they need a lot of listening and reading practice ,I guess B: You are certainly right. And speaking and writing practice ,too.
