昨天大部分同学都答对啦,"有钱的" 我们之前学过的表达是“well off.”
Many non-native English speakers tend to use actually very often in their speech. Actually should only be used when proving the opposite of a point or contrasting against something.
很多人喜欢随便把actually加进去他们的句子里。其实要有一点对比的时候才能用actually.
For example
正确用法
Everyone thought it was going to rain today. Actually, it didn’t rain.
所有人都觉得今天会下雨,但是事实上并没下。(这个在对比下雨或没下雨)
错误用法:
Michael: Hey Roger do you want to go for a meal?
Roger: Actually I do.
如果前期Roger没有给Michael一个不想吃饭的影响,他现在就没有对比,所以不能用actually.
朗读例句
Michael: Hey Roger. What time is it?
(几点了,罗杰?)
Roger: I thought it was 6:00pm but actually, it is 9:00pm.
(我以为现在下午六点但是其实已经九点了。)
