'Book' is normally used when we're talking about reservations of some sort. If you need to reserve a seat on a plane, a room in a hotel or a table at a restaurant, for example.
'Order' is used when someone is asking for certain goods or products that will be sent to a store/shop or his/her house because he/she wants to purchase the products.
