the barber shop = the barber’s (for men)
the hair salon = the hairdresser’s ( for men and women)
我觉得需要修剪一下头发了。

Excuse me. I would like to get/have a cut.
洗剪吹 a wash, cut and dry
简单修剪 a trim/a simple haircut
麻烦别剪太短。
