航班延误险就是指投保人（旅客）根据航班延误险合约规定，向保险人（保险公司）支付保险费，当合约约定航班延误情况发生时，保险人（保险公司）依约给付保险金的商业保险行为。
航班延误是个让人不快的事情，如果真的发生了，你要这样问：
When will we take off?我们什么时候才能起飞？
What causes the delay?飞机为什么会误点？
How long will the flight be put off?航班会延误多长时间？
你也要听得懂这些提示：
You should check the flight schedule.你应该查查航班时刻表。
We will take off in 30 minutes.我们将于30分钟后起飞。
The flight has been delayed because of the heavy rain, and the new departure time is 14:00.因为大雨，航班延误了，起飞时间改为下午两点。
It’s because of some mechanical reasons.因为设备发生故障。
The new take-off time will be announced at any time; you can find it on the board.新的起飞时间会随时公布，您可以在荧幕上看到。

B: Sorry, your flight has been delayed.
