1.give someone one’s word （to make a serious promise or vow） 答应/许诺某人
eg; i give you/Jacky/Michelle my word jacky 答应了我: A. Jacky give his word to me.B.Jacky give me word .
场景：You want to borrow your friend ‘s car. But he is worried about lending his car. At this time, you can say sth to your friend like this: I’ll make sure you get your car back in perfect condition.
