（1）怎么听？听写，听抄还是听译？【关于听】
听抄定义:记忆+总结。
真相是：不论听抄听写还是听译，目的理解+快速记忆原文内容，然后进行精细复述。

（2）各个基础怎么有效提高听力？
说到听力，都很头疼的一项。其实听力并不像我们想象中的那么不好对付。听力能力的增强是一个循序渐进的过程，如果基础不好，可以选择从最基本的音标，词组，句子，再到对话听起，经过两周时间再听一小段对话，然后再到小短文，这样一步步踏踏实实的听，无形中你的听力已经有进步了。
材料选择：二八法则。稍微有一点儿挑战性。
（3）训练过程听不懂怎么办？【仔细查-纠音】
听不懂有很多种情况，比如由于语速过快导致没有听懂，自己的发音不好导致听不出来，那么你要做的就是找到听力的原文，仔细的查清楚每个单词的发音和含义，自己多读几遍，然后再听。零基础听不懂也要天天磨一磨耳朵。
（4）怎么提高反应速度？【同步复述】
有很多学生都有以下这些问题：比如听不懂，跟不上磁带的速度，不能边听边看文本，注意力涣散，听时容易紧张等等。
跟不上录音的速度，其一是因为你没有学过那些单词，其二是你学过那些单词，但是你没有听过。也就是说它们在你的耳朵里没有印记。所以听到这种材料时，你的分辨速度和材料的语速当然不成正比。你需要做的是：反复的听，让这些材料不断在你耳边重复，做到非常熟悉。不能边听边看是个不好的习惯（第10课听力习惯的养成）。
（5）听力词汇是有声的词汇？【纠音=记单词】
另外，词汇量也会影响听力的效果，平时过程中加大词汇量的输入也是比较重要的。在听时要注意语段中的关键词汇、语调变化等，如果没有重点地听，自然会走神。听力紧张是因为对听力的熟悉程度太低，所以一定要多听，坚持听。
（6）每天听多久？【精听+泛听】
每天都要有一到两小时左右的听力时间，可以从新概念第一册听起，都是简短的对话，有了感觉后就开始听第二册。前一个小时就是泛听，后一小时就是精听，然后根据录音争取听写出来，每天这样坚持，一个月的时间你就会有很大进步了，在以后的训练中就会轻松很多。

This Is A Holdup（抢劫）
Monday was Nick's first day at the National Trust Bank. He wanted to make a good impression. When he arrived at work, everyone was already very busy. No one even bothered 5 to look up from their work. He took his spot at counter number three and began to serve clients as they came in.
The day was going smoothly until about 11 am when two men approached his counter. One of them grabbed his new tie. The other pointed a gun at him. “This is a holdup. Give us the money”, one said.Nick was terrified. “It is my first day, I don't know where the safe is,” he said. “Don't lie to us, get us the money or we'll shoot you.” Nick had to think fast. “Okay, (录音中未给出）it's down here.
