"No sweat" is a short version of "no sweat of my back."
"No sweat" 是 "no sweat of my back" 的缩短版
"sweat" [swet]：流汗， sweet [swɪːt] n.甜蜜

Literally means "actually", without exaggeration: literally的意思是“字面上讲”，指很真实、不夸张，用来强调真实性。
但是实际使用起来却通常相反，超级夸张！
对比一下：
The office is so hot. I'm literally sweating. 办公室真热，我真的在流汗，一点都不夸张
It's so hot in the office. I'm literally dying. 办公室真热，我是真的要热死了，一点都不夸张。（但明显就是夸张）
互相矛盾的单词如：
