Bed 床 An English saying goes：“ Early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy, wealthy and wise. There is some truth in it. In fact many boys and girls have the good habit of going to bed early and getting up early. They rise early in the morning, feeling fresh and energetic. In contrast, some youngsters like to stay up playing until very late. As a result, they often wake up listless. Some of them get out of bed on the wrong side and are cross with everyone all day. 有一条英国谚语这样说：“睡得早，起得早，使人健康、富裕、脑筋好。”这其中有一些道理。事实上许多少男少女都有早睡早起的好习惯。他们早晨起来，感到精神饱满，精力充沛。 反之，有些年轻人喜欢玩得很晚，结果他们醒来常常无精打采。他们当中某些人从早上起来就情绪不好，整天对别人发脾气。
