Discussion on preventive treatment of cardiac autonomic nerve remodeling 'deficiency of the heart, regulating it's yingfen and weifen’ Abstract: Cardiac autonomic nerve remodeling (CANR） played an important role in the process of cardiovascular diseases. However, due to the complexity of its pathophysiology, there was no ideal treatment. The theory of yingfen and weifen of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) focused on the integrity, relevance and dynamics of organisms, which could be used to explain the pathophysiology of CANR and guide the therapy. Under the guidance of 'deficiency of the heart, regulating it's yingfen and weifen' documented in Nanjing. it was firstly put forward and explored the therapeutic effect of harmonizing yingfen and weifen on the treatment of CANR. It was discussed from the three aspects: pathological complexity of CANR, correlation between cardiac autonomic nervous system and the theory of yingfen and weifen and the study results of treating CANR by using Guizhi Decoction.It was conformed that harmonizing yingfen and weifen on the treatment of CANR was in line with the development trend of modern medicine, that is, to mobilize（动员） the body's own ability to repair and adapt to restore homeostasis（动态平衡）. 《基于“损其心者，调其营卫”理论防治心脏自主神经重构》 摘要:心脏自主神经重构(CANR)在多种心血管疾病中占有重要地位，但由于其病理生理的复杂性，目前未有理想的治疗措施。中医学营卫理论强调人体的整体性、联系性和动态性，可用于解释CANR的病理生理并指导其治疗。根据《难经 十四难》所言“损其心者，调其营卫”的治疗原则，文章从CANR的病理复杂性、心脏自主神经系统与营卫理论相关性、桂枝汤治疗CANR的实验和临床研究结果加以论述，首次提出并探索调和营卫法对CANR的治疗作用。调和营卫治疗CANR符合现代医学发展的趋势，即重视调动机体自身的修复和适应能力，恢复机体稳态平衡。
