We provide over 30 different characters for children's birthday parties, ranging from princesses to pirates to fairies and pretty much anything in between. Each character has their own way of talking, of laughing, of expressions, of hand movements. I do actually make the majority of my costumes. Each costume I want to say takes probably about a month or so. I really like to make them look like my idea of the character. Put my own spin on it.
I think overall what I really like about being a princess and just what attracts me to the world is the idea of escape. It's why we go to movies; it's why we love fairy tales, this happily ever after. It's inspirational. We all would want that in our lives. Overall, the secret to being a princess is being a nice person. That's what we always see when we see all the fairy tales. They're kindness overrules all.
