Halloween🎃

Disney magic is turning the happiest and most magical places on earth to the most haunted places on earth in one night. There's a 3,400-pound pumpkin, a headless horseman, a zombie bar and all the Disney Villains turn loose at the same time. We're giving you a secret backstage tour to places no one ever gets to see where all the magic is created. My name is Marcie Swett. Not only am I born on Halloween but Halloween's my favorite holiday. I've been a painter for Disneyland for over 20 years. One of the things that I love is I'm one of the individuals that gets to work on the Halloween props. The most recognizable pumpkin that we retouch every year is the giant Mickey pumpkin that you see in the town square on Main Street. Many of our guests don't know that we repaint that pumpkin every year. And we go to the park and see people's reactions and you see the joy that you're giving others. There’s nothing like it.
