Maotai🍶

1. It was new. It had a unique flavor, something not like most spirits I've had before, very sweet,a little strong but didn't burn like other spirits. 2. It's still a new spirit in the U.S. It's only about one percent of spirit in the U.S. - U.S. is one of the largest importers of liquor andwine - but it is a spirit that has its versatility. You know you can not just drink it by itself. As we saw today, the event, you can do cocktails with it and make different types of cocktails with the Maotai. 3. It was very good with it. I thought about China when I made the drink because I've been to China before. And I was thinking, the spiciness of the Sriracha sauce, the sweetness of the Maotai, a little bit of the fresh citrus, all combined together, it was sort of very like China. It was a little sweet. It was a little sour.
