Chile Jedi- 'Jedi Knights' teaches how to 'Use The Force' and swing lightsaber A school in Chile has an interesting approach to teaching life skills and philosophy to young students. It trains them as "Jedi." The fictional order of knights from the Star Wars universe has a philosophy all its own. Instructor Sergio Angeloni teaches students to harness "The Force" through meditation, martial arts - and of course - lightsaber combat. "We teach them a little bit of different things: Yoga, a little Taekwondo, a little oriental philosophy, meditation." Many children return to the school regularly after graduating to further home their skills in the Jedi discipline, praising the training as having helped their outlook on life. There are currently two students training at the school hoping to join the privileged few graduates . To graduate, students have to complete four semesters of classes over two years. 'Gone Girl' opens New York Film Festival with star-studded red carpet The New York Film Festival has kicked off with the world premiere of 'Gone Girl.' Stars Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike, Tyler Perry, and Neil Patrick Harris walked the red carpet. Based on the best-selling novel, by Gillian Flynn, Affleck and Pike play a married couple going through some problems. After she suspiciously disappears, he becomes the prime suspect. Affleck said he was impressed by the film. "One of the things about this that was very exciting was I got to learn from David Fincher. He's a guy whose movies I watched before directing three of the movies that I directed. I would watch and study his stuff because I think he's one of the great masters. I mean there is no better class you could take than stand next to a guy and watch him do his thing." "Gone Girl" comes out in U.S. theaters this Friday. New Aphex Twin Album drops. The world-famous electronic musician Aphex Twin has released his new album to widespread critical acclaim. "Syro" is the musician Richard James's first studio outing in more than a decade. Recorded in spurts over the 12 year interim since James's last effort, Syro features 12 songs and incorporates several subgenres of electronic music including techno, glitch, jungle and ambient. The album also features edited vocal tracks provided by James and his family. Syro's promotional campaign included an announcement made available only on the Deep Web, as well as several press releases in broken English and events in various international cities.
