China's Olympic team have been dealt a 1-0 defeat by Iraq in the first of their three friendlies in the United Arab Emirates.
The young Chinese team are training for the Under-23 Asian Championships to be held in Doha next month.
They have nothing to prove, but will be hoping for a top 3 finish which will qualify them for next year's Rio Olympic Games.
