介绍:
Tributes are pouring in from all over the world for the late British actor Alan Rickman. Shooting to fame by playing psychopathic villain Hans Gruber in 'Die Hard' in 1988, Rickman is widely known by millions for his part in 'Harry Potter' franchise, as the legendary Professor Snape. Several of Rickman's former Harry Potter castmates have already shared their condolences on social media channels, including his close friend Emma Thompson and author J.K. Rowling. Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe shared a heartfelt tribute on his Google+ page, saying Rickman was "one of the loyalest and most supportive people" he's ever met in the film industry. Domhnall Gleeson, who played one of Ron Weasley's siblings in the fantasy franchise, pays his tribute to Rickman. "He leaves so much behind to leave love in the world. I think great work is like leaving a little bit of love behind and he had so much of it and it's a career that anybody would be proud of so obviously now the family and friends will be missing him the most." The beloved star was famous for playing the bad guy, with his rich, languid voice that's recognizable across generations. Film critic and historian Leonard Maltin says the tragic passing of Rickman is a loss to the industry and the world. "But he was more than a villain. This is a trained and experienced and versatile actor who could do just about anything. He didn't get to do a lot of comedy but he could do comedy and do it well. He directed a couple times and acquited himself well behind the camera." Helen Mirren, stars alongside Rickman in his final film 'Eye in the Sky', Tim Allen and Lee Daniels are also among the stars paying tribute to Rickman. Alan Rickman died in London at the age of 69, after a battle with cancer. Funeral details have yet to be unveiled.
