A Taiwan-based film company announced in Beijing that it will collaborate with superhero guru Stan Lee and world-renowned director Ridley Scott on two upcoming blockbusters.
Insiders have revealed that the first co-production plan is Stan Lee's new creation 'Arch Alien.'
The founder of Hualien Media International says principal photography for the film will take place both in the US and in Guangzhou China, starting around June.
'World Breaker,' to be produced by Ridley Scott, the legendary director of 'Alien' and 'The Martian,' is involved in the second project announced.
The film is set to begin shooting in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and Beijing in September.
With a production cost over 100 million US dollars, the cast will include a top Hollywood star and a top Chinese actress.
