So Papa and Maisie went to see Cloud.

"No," said Cloud.
"Wind is stronger than me."
So Papa and Maisie went to see Wind.
" You are the strongest one in the world," said Papa Rat. "Will you marry Maisie?
"No," said Wind.
"Stone Man is stronger than me.I huff and I puff all day but I can't blow him down."
So Papa and Maisie went to see Stone Man.
" You are the strongest one in the world," said Papa Rat. "Will you marry Maisie?"
"No," said Stone Man.
"There is someone much stronger than me. He is digging under me now and soon I will fall to the ground."
Just then, Little Rat came out of a tunnel in the gound.
"There he is," said Stone Man.
"There is the strongest one in the world."
" You are the strongest one in the world," said Papa Rat. "Will you marry Maisie?"
"Yes, " said Little Rat.
So Maisie married Little Rat, the strongest one in the world.
And they lived happily ever after
